As a leading RF and mixed signal chip supplier in China, RDA Microelectronics (hereinafter referred to as "RDA") has launched 6 new 3G/4G power amplifier series products, namely RPM6361, RPM6362, RPM6363, RPM6365, RPM6368 and RPM6569. The 6 new products launched this time all use high-linearity GaAs HBT technology, support single-band and six-band operation respectively, and provide priority application experience for mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.
RPM636X and RPM6569 series products adopt the mainstream package size in the market, fully considering the customer's 3*3mm2 and 3*4.2mm2 PCB compatibility, and improving the flexibility of terminal applications. Among them, RPM6361, RPM6362, RPM6365, RPM6368 support LTE B1, LTE B2, LTE B5 and LTE B8 bands respectively; RPM6363 supports LTE B3/B4 bands; RPM6569 has the best broadband characteristics in the industry and can support LTE B1/B2/B3/B4/B5/B8 six bands at the same time. This series of products are compatible with WCDMA/TD-SCDMA/CDMA standards.
RPM636X and RPM6569 series products have extraordinary performance and reach the world's excellent level. Using the linear PA industry test standard FOM (Figure of Merit) to measure, the FOM values of the six products launched this time are all over 90.
As the first products under the RDA "Easy-Matching TM" brand, RPM636X and RPM6569 series products can greatly reduce the difficulty of debugging the RF front end, speed up customer product development, and improve the system performance of terminal products.
"The RF front end is an important part of RDA's product strategy. The RPM636X and RPM6569 series products reflect our strong strength in the field of RF technology," said Zhao Lidong, president of RDA Microelectronics. "RDA will rely on its existing advantages to continue to increase investment in the RF front end field, build an international product development team, and be customer-oriented. We will continue to achieve technological innovation and develop internationally competitive products to become a leader in the RF front end market."
